As an Executive Pastor and leader of Creative Teams at Pure Heart Church, Heath brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience to the strategic planning of the organization, as well as direction to the key areas of music, tech, media, and communications. Co-owner of Maven Media Productions, Heath’s expertise spans business consulting, music production, and strategic marketing.

Heath also serves as Director for the Experience Conference, a major worship, creative,  and production team event that gathers in Orlando, FL each year, with a passion for empowering teams and mentoring future leaders.

Heath and his wife, Jill, have shared this journey since 2003, raising their three energetic sons, Braeden, Carter and Rylan, with a heart for ministry and innovation.
